BUTTERMILK POUND CAKE 
2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon flavor
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. buttermilk

Cream butter; add sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add flavor and baking soda and flour alternately with milk. Spray pan with Pam. Bake cake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
