CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. milk
1 box graham crackers

Butter a 9x12 inch pan. Mix pudding with Cool Whip and milk. Cover bottom of pan with a layer of graham crackers. Spread half of pudding over crackers. Put another layer of crackers, then the remainder of the pudding. Cover with another layer of crackers. Spread chocolate on top.

CHOCOLATE:

2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients and heat until boiling. Heat 1 minute longer. Add butter and vanilla flavoring. Beat until creamy.
