MARY'S PEROKI 
10 c. flour
5 tbsp. oil
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix above ingredients and roll out to pie thin dough. Cook about 15 potatoes for 20 minutes; drain. Add 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mash all together. Cut dough into smaller portions and fill dough with potatoes. Moisten edges with water and fold over and press together firmly. Make sure they are well sealed together. Boil peroki's or fry in butter.
