HOT CRAB DIP 
6 oz. crabmeat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake 5 more minutes. Also can be microwaved for 6 minutes on HIGH.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
