POTATO VARIATION | |
1 bag frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 c. melted butter 2/3 c. bread crumbs Thaw potatoes. Mix with other ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter and add bread crumbs. Spread on top of potato mixture in pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6. |
