VARIATION OF FAR WESTERN SALSA
RECIPE
 
3 cans (1 lb. 12 oz. each) whole tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, chopped fine
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) Ortega whole chilies, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
4 green onions, chopped fine
Cilantro, to your liking
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
3 dashes Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients. Pit out! Good with eggs, meat, chilis, just about anything but chocolate cake.
