CHIVE HORSERADISH DIP 
2 c. cottage cheese (2%)
1 sm. cream cheese (lite)
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
3 tbsp. fresh chives (or dry)

Beat cottage cheese in mixture or blender until smooth. Add cream cheese and beat until blended with cottage cheese. Add horseradish and blend, then add chopped fresh chives and stir by hand. 1 tablespoon of milk may be added to reach desired consistency.

Let stand at least 3 hours to blend flavors. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetable tray. Serves 8 to 10.
