CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/4 c. butter
1 med. onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. pimento
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 c. cooked chicken
7 oz. cooked spaghetti

Melt butter, saute onion and celery. Mix everything together, top with bread crumbs, butter and paprika. Bake in covered glass dish about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
