LIGHT AND FRUITY PIE 
1 pkg. jello, any flavor (strawberry)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 c. diced strawberries
9-inch prepared crust

Dissolve jello in water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until jello is thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice.

Using wire whip, blend in Cool Whip; whip until smooth. Fold in fruit; spoon into prepared crust and chill 2 hours before serving.
