CHINESE NOODLE SALAD 
Chop and chill: 5 green onions

Next, brown: 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. butter 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Break up noodles quite fine. Brown noodles, seeds, almonds and butter until light in color.

Next make dressing. Blend with beater until dissolved. Mix all together 20 minutes before serving. Serves 12-14.
