STUFFED CUCUMBER 
10 med. cucumbers
1 c. rice
1 1/4 ground lamb
Salt and pepper to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Allspice to taste
1 lb. Indian dates
10 tbsp. butter
4 c. water

Scoop out the cucumbers.

STUFFING: Mix rice, meat, all the spices and 1 tablespoon of butter together and stuff into cucumbers, leaving 1 inch from top edge for each cucumber.

Boil the Indian dates aside with 4 cups of water until it is soft. Stir it in strainer and squeeze it well. Fry in a pan cucumbers with butter until brown in color. Put stuffed cucumbers in a pot and put Indian date above and let boil until it is cooked well.
