SPICED CREAM 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all and freeze until firm.

DRINK:

7 oz. boiling water
1 1/2 oz. dark rum

Add 1 heaping teaspoon spiced cream.

COFFEE:

1 (7 oz.) mug of coffee
1-2 tsp. spiced cream
