1/2 - 3/4 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/4 - 3/4 c. cheese
Chopped onion

Combine all in blender; mix well. Add choice of meat to mixture. Bake in buttered deep pie plate at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
