10 LAYER SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce
1/4 c. red onion, chopped (1 med. onion)
1/4 c. celery (chopped)
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.), do not thaw
2 lg. carrots, grated
3 med. tomatoes, chopped bite size
4 hard cooked eggs
2 c. mayonnaise combined with 2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. crumbled crisp bacon
8 oz. pkg. grated or shredded Cheddar cheese

Layer above ingredients in order given in 13x9 pan or large glass salad bowl. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
