1/2 c. commercial sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Tops of 2 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. crumbled American blue cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together well. Add a pinch of salt and a little sugar if desired. Yield: 1 cup.
