SKEWERED LAMB 
Lamb, cut into 1" chunks

LEMON MARINADE:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together. Add lamb, marinade for several hours. Skewer, along with mushrooms and vegetables. Grill, outdoors or in broiler, basting occasionally.
