3 lbs. white potatoes, peeled and cut into lg. pieces
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. rosemary

Place all ingredients into large bowl and mix well. Place potatoes on large cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
