MICROWAVE GARLIC CHICKEN 
1/3 c. olive oil
24 whole cloves garlic
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pinch nutmeg
4 chicken legs
4 chicken thighs

In shallow microwave casserole, mix oil, garlic, celery and spices. Add chicken pieces and coat them. Marinate covered in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Turning several times. Cook covered on high 8 minutes. Turn chicken once cook 8 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
