SHRIMP STROGANOFF 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (medium or broad)
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. sliced scallions
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. shrimp, cooked & cleaned

Cook noodles according to directions and drain. Mix sour cream, soup, dill, scallions, olives and 1/2 cup cheese together. Add shrimp and noodles. Put in lightly greased casserole dish. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot. Remove cover, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top, return to oven for 5 minutes.
