SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices bacon

Fry until crisp and set aside.

5 lg. potatoes, sliced
5 carrots, sliced
1 onion, diced
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. Polish sausage or kielbasa, cut in chunks or slices

Fry potatoes, carrots and onions for 10-15 minutes. Add broccoli and sausage. Cook until vegetables are done. Crumble bacon over top and serve.
