MANGO CLOWN 
1 lg. mango or 2 sm.
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream (chilled)
A few drops vanilla extract

Peel the mangoes, cut them into small pieces and place in dish. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Pour chilled cream into small bowl and whip cream until stiff. Flavor with vanilla. Mix gently. Place both whipped cream and mango in the refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator shortly before serving. Carefully blend together mangoes and cream. The clown is ready.
