PEACHY BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. country style spareribs
1 lg. can peaches
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. raw minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a shallow pan, arrange ribs in a single layer, meaty side up. Drain peach liquid into a saucepan, reserving peaches. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, salt, and pepper to peach syrup. Blend well and bring to a boil. Pour over ribs and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender, turning once. Arrange peaches around ribs and baste them with the sauce. Bake another 5 minutes or until peaches are hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
