BARBECUE RELISH 
12 red peppers
12 green peppers
12 green tomatoes
12 med. sized onions
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 qt. sweet pickles

Chop peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Add chopped sweet pickles, vinegar, sugar, salt, and seeds. Boil mixture 10 minutes. Pack in jars to seal.
