CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled

DRESSING:

2 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese or 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing all together. Put half of cauliflower, cabbage, onion and bacon in large bowl. Spread half of dressing over this. Put rest of vegetables and bacon on top of this and then the remainder of the dressing. Do not mix. Refrigerate overnight. Toss slightly before serving. Just before serving, put more cheese on top.
