QUICK PROTEIN SMOOTHIE 
1 cup 2% milk
2 scoops Whey Protein Powder (any flavor)
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp. egg white
5-8 ice cubes

In a blender, mix all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into glass cups, and serve.
