CHERRY CREAM DELIGHT 
6 egg whites
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. saltines, broken into sm. pieces
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 env. Dream Whip
1 or 2 cans cherry pie filling

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until thick. Add saltines and walnuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. While this is cooling, prepare Dream Whip as directed on package. Spread this over cooled cake. Let set in refrigerator until cold. Spread cherry pie filling on top and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
