1 lb. fettucini noodles
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
1 tbsp. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook noodles for 15 minutes in boiling water. In the meantime melt butter and add in heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Drain noodles and mix with cheese sauce. May serve with extra grated cheese. Serves 6.
