COREY'S SWEET APPLE QUICK BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. apples, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. orange peel, grated
1 tbsp. corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend all ingredients except nuts. Beat 3 minutes then add nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 325°Ffor 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan to cool.
