SQUASH AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 med. squash
1 ear of corn
1/2 med. onion, sauted in butter
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
Parmesan cheese

Par boil squash until tender. Chop and place in casserole dish. Add corn, tomatoes, onion, Swiss cheese and egg. Mix well. Add salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
