PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. steamed pumpkin
2 tbsp. molasses
1 1/4 c. milk

Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar mixed with flour, salt, and spices. Add pumpkin, molasses and milk; stir until well blended. Line a deep pie pan with pastry. Pour in the mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 more minutes or until firm.
