FISH SUPPER DISH IN CASSEROLE 
1 pt. scallops, rinsed
1 c. saltines, crumbled
2/3 c. all-purpose cream
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 stick melted butter

Arrange bite-sized scallops in greased casserole. Mix bread and cracker crumbs with butter and seasoning. Layer bread crumbs over scallops. Repeat until all is used up. Pour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (I prefer using seasoned croutons, crumbled and using only milk, not cream.)
