ALMOND ROCA CANDY 
1 c. butter (must be butter)
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet. Stir mixture constantly over medium heat until it turns golden brown (10 minutes approximately). Pour mixture onto buttered cookie sheet.

Frost both sides with melted chocolate chips and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Break into pieces when cool.
