BRUNCH EGGS | |
1 loaf white bread 1 pkg. Old English cheese, or Cheddar cheese 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional) 1/2 c. crushed potato chips 1/2 lb. ham Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. "Decrust" enough bread slices to line pan. Place a slice of ham on each piece of bread. Place a slice of cheese on top of each ham slice. Place another slice of bread without crust on top. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard. Pour over sandwiches in pan and refrigerate overnight. Immediately before baking, top with crushed potato chips. Drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
