MOM'S FISH ITALIAN 
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb. fish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste

Melt butter in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and place onion over butter. Place fish over onion. Mix remaining ingredients (except oregano and parsley) together and spoon over fish. Sprinkle oregano and parsley on top of the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6.
