AMBROSIA CAKE 
1 (2 layer) lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice
Whipped Topping (below)

Blend cake mix, eggs, oil, mandarin oranges and juice. Beat together by hand until blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool in pan.

WHIPPED TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Stir whipped topping, crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix together until well blended. Spread on cooled cake. Serves 18-20 people.
