INDIAN PUDDING 
4 c. milk, scalded
1/3 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Scald milk in double boiler, slowly add cornmeal and cook 25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 275 degrees 2 hours. Serves 6.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top.
