2 lbs. hamburger Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 loaf cocktail rye bread Brown meat, salt, pepper and oregano. Add Velveeta. Add Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Mound on rye bread; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. you can freeze them and rebake as needed. |
