CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chili sauce
9" pie crust

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry. Cook and stir meat until brown. Drain off fat. Stir in seasonings, crumbs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, onion, pepper and cheese. Turn into pie crust. Make topping by beating egg and milk together; stir in seasonings and cheese. Spread all over pie. Bake 30 minutes. Cut in wedges. Stir remaining tomato sauce and chili sauce together and serve with pie. Serves 6 - 8.
