BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM PIE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Crumble together. Mix well and sprinkle over bottom of large (10 inch) pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat until creamy and spread over first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk

Beat until thickened and spread over second layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill. Rich and yummy.
