BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE PIE 
9" pie shell, unbaked
5 c. apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light cream

Combine apples, chips and cinnamon. Combine sugar, flour, salt and cream. Drizzle over apples until coated. Place in large brown paper bag. Fasten securely and bake in 350 degree oven for 70 minutes.
