CHOCOLATE OR BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. chocolate or butterscotch chips
1 c. coconut, grated
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 unbaked pie shells

Melt butter and chips together on low heat. Then mix with all other ingredients. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
