1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. sifted powdered sugar 2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 tbsp. butter 1 egg 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. flaked coconut Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Blend in egg. Stir in powdered sugar, nuts, and marshmallows. Blend well. Shape in 1 inch balls; roll in coconut. Freeze or refrigerate. Yield: About 3 1/2 dozen. |
