ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE 
2 oz. (1/4 c.) virgin olive oil
2 lg. onions, chopped or 3 tbsp. minced onions
2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 bay leaf
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown onions, garlic, and meat in 1 oz. olive oil. Add other ingredients and boil. Stir constantly to avoid sticking. Simmer 3 hours.
