ZUCCHINI CRISP 
5 c. peeled, sliced zucchini
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook zucchini, water, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon together until tender (about 10 minutes). Place on lightly greased 9x9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt

Mix together and sprinkle over top of zucchini mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
