BROCCOLI SALAD 
8 slices bacon, fried crisp, cooled and crumbled
1 lg. bunch broccoli, use only flowers, wash and drain completely
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar well. Add raisins and onions to mayonnaise mixture. Pour over broccoli and stir until broccoli is coated. Sprinkle bacon to top and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving.
