PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 (med.) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Shredded coconut to taste
Chopped nuts to taste

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/4 c. milk

Prepare Duncan Hines mix, following directions. Bake in large pan (11x14 inch or so).

1. Topping: Prepare vanilla pudding with 1 1/4 cups milk and 8 oz. cream cheese.

2. Spread on top.

3. Spread 1 medium can crushed pineapple (drained).

4. Spread large container Cool Whip.

5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
