CHERRY PIE ENCHILADAS 
Flour tortillas
Cherry pie filling

Add a little sugar and cinnamon. Spoon a tablespoon of cherry pie filling on tortillas. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up like an enchilada. Fry open side down in a skillet just barely covered in oil. Brown a little on each side, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can be cut into thirds.
