STRAWBERRY - PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 c. pretzels, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 c. water
20 oz. frozen strawberries

Combine pretzels, sugar and butter in 9 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes and let cool. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip (adding sugar a little at a time). Spread mixture over crust. Boil water and dissolve Jello in water. Add strawberries to Jello. Pour Jello mixture over cheese mixture. Refrigerate and let gel.
