STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar

In 9x13 inch pan, mix pretzels, sugar and butter. Press, making crust, then bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour.

NEXT LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Cream sugar and cream cheese, fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the pretzel layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 c. boiling water
1 sm. (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Add 2 cups boiling water to Jello. Add frozen strawberries and crushed pineapple with juice to Jello mixture. Chill Jello mixture until slightly set. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm, 2-4 hours. This is very rich but so-o-o-o-o yummy!
