COLE SLAW RELISH 
2 qts. cabbage, cut fine
3 sm. onions, sliced or chopped
2 green peppers
1 red sweet pepper
1 pt. vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Bring to a boil vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over vegetables. Store in half gallon sealer in refrigerator. Let stand 24 hours. Will keep 3 months in refrigerator.
